Dracoleus Reginal Aureus Oriens
An attractive mix of lion and gold dragon, Reggie is Torm's Holy Messenger Beast of the West. His body type is leonic, with smooth rippling scales instead of fur, and raptor wings with soft scales like feathers which he occasionally sheds.
By the DMG rules for special mounts, those with flying should not exceed 4 less than the Paladin’s level. Thus, one subtracts 4 from the Paladin level when using the Special Mount chart in the Paladin class description. This is noted below in the annotated workup as “5 Pal”.
